Green Fortune Industries Pvt. Ltd. is obligated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with the products available on our website. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can opt to return your product.


  • 1. For returning process you have to register your return request within 10 days of product delivery via our website.
  • 2. After receiving your return request our executive will send you an email with the return form within 2 working days.
  • 3. Fill in and print out the return form, attach the return form to the package that has to be returned.
  • 4. Our executive will call you and will schedule a pick-up at your location within 2-3 working days after receiving your request.
  • 5. You just have to hand over the product with the return form to the pick-up man with all its accessories.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will further proceed the process of return. Depending on what has been agreed with our customer services, either the new product transport or the amount to be refunded will be proceeded.


If it’s feasible, you can also approach to our store directly for return process.


FURTHER NOTE: The Products to be sell in bulk the Agreement terms between the parties shall prevail.
