The warranty only applies to fabrication defects or improper design and quality of product. The defect must be noticeably present on at least 20% of the finished products to be considered a defect and therefore covered by the warranty.


There are several natural features that are not covered by the warranty which include:


  • 1. Product discoloration caused by sun, moisture or fungus.
  • 2. Rust or corrosion on galvanized steel wire on or around the product
  • 3. Defects in the items arose as a result of normal wear and tear.
  • 4. Vertical cracks, because they do not affect the bamboo products structural integrity.

Any form of warranty shall cease to exist if the product has been misused or carelessly used.
